Error menu: "Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets"

Hello All,

When I try to edit my menu from the theme: "Tanago’ i get this error message: "“Your theme does not support navigation menus or widgets”.

Doe anyone know how to add and edit a menu in this theme?
