Error in install Theme DEMO

Hi,
I purchased wordpress theme “Solala”.
I installed it in my wordpress then activate it.
Then I trying to install DEMO, but it says “Request failed. Error code: 404”
All requirements from theme are GREEN. And i checked with hosting company an confirmed no issue with server setting.
Please advise me how to solve it
