Error activating Kalium license

I have a problem with the license of
“Kalium - Creative Multipurpose Theme for WordPress and WooCommerce”.
I made the purchase last night and when I try to activate it I get a message that it has been used on another domain.
I purchased the template for the creation of an art project website (www.thetrailercollective.com). And I have not used the license for another purpose.

I have written a message to the support team.
But is there a more direct and personalized way for them to evaluate my problem?
