Error 500 on installing Tienda - eCommerce Joomla 4 Template with Page Builder with 1 Yr Support

I Installed the above with quickstart and got an Error 500 Internal Server Error on the front end and have no access to the admin panel. My server administrator has set up the front end www.bellalove.co.za and …/administrator to show the errors. Running Joomla 4; PHP 8.0.27.

Hi,

I have logged a topeic with Unlockdesign on their system yesterday.

I have paid for a 1 Yr support when I bought the package from you. What is covered with that purchase as I have to go to the author on the template. Included was SP Page Builder and Virtuemart does the support purchased cover support from them?
