Error 21 on Adobe Premiere Extension

I have been a member of VideoHive since 2017. I purchased a transition package from a vendor on videohive and there was an update. I updated the software and it now works as an extension on Premiere. It asks for my email address and the License code to register the product. I keep getting an Error 21: This email address doesn’t match license key. Please type the email address you have used to register the purchase code.

I have verified my email address with videohive and its my Gmail account. I keep putting my email address and the license code and I keep getting this error. Is there a fix for this?
