Epic News Module Issue - Meta Options not loading (circle keeps spinning)

Hi, first of all, apologies if this isn’t the right place to post, I have been looking around on the website for the last 15 mins and I think this is the place, if not, I apologise!

I have a problem with Epic News Module, when I select the Meta Options tab, it just keeps loading and nothing happens, what can I do to sort this out please?

Please get in touch with the author fo your theme / plugin. Not sure if this “Epic News Module” supposed to be a part of theme you bought or a plugin? Feel free to share name of the item and we can point you in the right direction.

it was of my understanding that Envato are the creators of the Epic News plugin for wordpress? If this is not the place can you point me to their support please?
