We just bought and activated Envision theme on our intranet site.

According to the documentations, the theme comes with child theme, theme options for customizing your site, etc.

However, we are not seeing any of these features.

Is this a license issue even though we have the license?

We even purchased a 12 month support and we purchased this theme this past Thursday.

Do we need to reinstall the theme?

if you download ‘Download All files & Documentation’ unzip then there you will find child theme (if child theme included). theme options you will find wp-admin Dashboard in the menu section.
