The same answer and all current affiliate balance is refunded to Envato Pty Ltd instead of proceed withdrawal to customers.

As a result of the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine, international governmental sanctions, restrictions imposed by financial institutions and/or other payment method constraints, impact.com is no longer able to process payments to your account.

As such impact.com is in the process of returning to brands eligible monies paid by brands that are reflected on your partner account. impact.com will be initiating the refunding process. Please engage with the brands directly to make arrangements for payment outside of the impact.com system for such refunded amounts.

Given the constraints that we face, impact.com will not be conducting any business with Ukraine for the foreseeable future.

What is also disappointing is that there was no warning from Impact that they were stopping working with clients from Ukraine and that you need to withdraw your balance by this time.

We have all been working hard to ensure successful sales during Black Friday. However, right in the middle of this campaign, Impact suddenly blocked our referral links. This has dealt a serious blow to our sales, which were already struggling in the current situation.

I have a question for Envato: why do you continue to work with Impact? Their policies are not just questionable but outright appalling. It might be worth investigating this company further, as their actions resemble sabotage. I wouldn’t be surprised if there are ties to Russian capital behind this.

Impact’s actions are destroying businesses: blocking links is not just an inconvenience—it’s direct harm, especially during critical sales periods. Additionally, for the past three months, Impact hasn’t processed any payouts, and the fate of the pending funds remains uncertain.

Even if this can somehow be resolved later, what should we do right now? In the middle of the campaign, links simply stopped working, and it’s impossible to fix them quickly. Envato, this is a serious issue. Why are you working with a company that undermines trust and jeopardizes your affiliate relationships?

Let me clarify: this isn’t just about earning through referral links. These links led directly to product pages. Even if we set aside the issue of lost referral income, the situation remains critical: transactions simply won’t happen. Customers encountering broken links will leave without completing their purchase—neither through the referral program nor directly.

Of course, I can quickly fix the links on my own websites, but what about the ones scattered across the internet or embedded in places I no longer remember? This creates even more problems and causes significant harm to sales.

The company name “Impact” truly reflects its behavior—an impact on businesses, and not in a good way.

I have the same problem and also received email about payments for Ukraine. My balance is gone. But the most interesting, I have not been a resident of Ukraine for a long time and I have a payoneer account of another country. Please Envato, resolve this issue with this strange service of Impact. Support of Impact not answering

Yes, they’re well known of to protect the authors and do the changes for the authors.

Envato won’t be getting involved the situation you’re having with Impact, you can just change your address and/or add PayPal to receive the payments, if you’re lucky.

Hi. Withdrawals for Ukraine are suspended Impact.com. I have invested a lot of time and effort into the work and want to receive my reward. My affiliate money has disappeared from my account. How to withdraw funds now? Can you send it directly to my Payoneer or Paypal? @emile_b, @BenLeong, please help solve this issue. Support does not respond to tickets.
