ratings policy: user bought my theme without reading any description, he can get me 1 star rating for a feature that’s not supported and not advertised, he don’t want a refund and this rating can’t be removed by your support staff

users can set a low rating without any comment and in that case, there is no way to contact them to offer a refund, all what TF support can say after week of waiting: thank you for your feedback
