It is really dependent on the query, sometimes you can get a response within a matter of hours whereas with other queries these could range up to 7-10days.
I’m asking if I can add “30-day money back guarantee” on my items. Will that take 7-10 days?
Given that is not something which envato’s policy or licenses cater for I would imagine it could take some time to be investigated if it were to be allowed at all.
And to think we are supposed to give support for 6 months for $2.5
