Hi all, we just wanted to update you on the status of these conferences.
Like many people around the world, we have been monitoring the impact of the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak on travel and group gatherings. The health and wellbeing of our authors, customers and staff is our utmost priority.
In an effort to provide clear and early guidance for authors making travel plans to attend these events, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend the upcoming Envato Worldwide Conferences in India and Bangladesh from the 18th-25th of April. At the end of the day, we believe this decision is the best and safest way forward for those concerned.
We would like to thank all those who have been involved in organizing these events so far, as well as all of you who have shown interest in joining us for these events.
We are exploring alternative ways to create a similar experience, sharing the valuable Envato Worldwide content with authors in India & Bangladesh, and we look forward to sharing more details with you soon.

Same situation here. We have also booked flights just 3 days before, no refunds

Due to the escalating travel and safety concerns related to the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we recommend all authors first check with their travel agency or airline directly, as many air carriers are offering waivers to transfer existing tickets for future travel as a result of this global pandemic.
We’ve received your email regarding this issue @surjithctly and will respond to you via that. For @PIXINVENT, and for future authors, I’d recommend you open a support ticket for concerns around this subject.

Hi all,
Last week, we announced the decision to suspend our Envato Author Conferences taking place in India & Bangladesh due to the global impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak on travel and group gatherings.
We let you know that we would be exploring ways to create a similar experience and share valuable Envato Worldwide content, while considering important health and safety measures of all those involved.
We’re happy to announce that we will be continuing our conference plans by moving the event fully-online and creating our first Envato Worldwide digital experience. The conference will take place online on the 22nd of April, 2020.
Please stay tuned for more updates over the next few weeks as there will be further details coming soon, including timing, schedules and registration for the online event.
