Envato reported comments review time

Hi !

Any ideas guys why on last two weeks the reported comments take more than 4 - 7+ days to be deleted ? i have many reported comments and they all still not reviewed.

Or am i just the only who is facing this issue ?

We’re moving Item Comment moderation into a different department and it will take some time to get things up to speed :smiley:

same here about 10 days and 2 comment still under review that is rediculous

Guys, relax. Comments are there, the system is up, a new team is taking responsibility for this for a better usability! Cheers! :slight_smile:
