Thanks for reply, in fact, author just declined, the problem happened after send last request , the system did no confirm request was received. thanks
If you already raised a dispute over the declined refund request, then you should wait for the Envato’s reply.
Please note that not each refund request gets approved. Now, after raising the dispute, Envato will contact the author to clarify the situation. If they consider that the author declined the refund request on a valid/good purpose, most probably you will get a mail notification.
But even if your refund request gets approved, you will also get notified by mail.
