Has anyone been able to import the ‘Most’ theme via the plugin (its not showing up in there for me) or been able to download the files and import manually? i get a fatal error when trying to do this. New to envato and wordpress so please can somebody help as really like the design and want to start using it. Thanks
You’ve got to buyer badge on this account - you’d need to login using the account which purchased the item - then you can access the manual import

When you buy an item you get a buyer badge on your profile - you do not have this so there’s no purchases connected to your profile hence why you cannot access the manual downloads etc.
i can download the zip file, thats not the issue, it wont upload into WP
The ZIP you’re trying to upload is probably the pack. You need to upload the ZIP files inside of that one, check for the documentation for details
