Is there any plugin that is similar to Envato Theme Check, but that checks wordpress plugins to meet new Envato WordPress Plugin Requirements?

I was able to find only Plugin Check, but it’s very small plugin and it doesn’t check for new Envato WordPress Plugin Requirements, like Envato Theme Check plugin.

But even after checking with these all Envato standards are not being check and the plugin is getting rejected.
