Envato official support please, I can not update my items

Hello,

It seems there are lots of change, and I even can not find official support, and I am not sure whether it is right place to ask for official support, any help will be appreciated, and here is my problem:

I paid for two items:

Serious issue upon update:

1# Our server is in China, and wordpress.org is now blocked to access in China region. but the way of online update item by Envato Market plugin seems relay on wordpress.org, so we can not update them by Envato Market plugin online.

Screenshot: it will always show 429 Too Many Requests in China region.

2#So, I can not upgrade my paid items, including Envato Market plugin, and it just show: time out.

3#I tried several times to download theme at themeforest.net, but the the plugins in the theme folder are still the older version.

In this case, we never could find a way to update my paid items, would you help please ?

and it would be much great if you could find other way to update paid items, but not by Envato Market plugins, or please use other url but not wordpress.org.

and my suggestion is cloudflare, it is accessible to china, and also it is covered China business, please refer: https://www.cloudflare.com/zh-cn/network/china/

You can do it manually - download the latest version of the theme which will have the latest versions of the plugins

If this is the case then it may be that the author has not updated then plugin version yet (you don’t get a stand alone license/support for bundled plugins and all updates etc. are carried out by the theme author.

Otherwise, support for these items is below and you can ask the author for the best clarity.
