Envato Market - Account got locked out while doing a purchase

Hi team

After I added the item to the cart and while trying to checkout and purchase the item I got a message saying the account was locked.

Also the payment got deducted from the card as well without any purchase receipt sent to me.

I have submitted the form online regards to account been locked but I haven’t got any response with any feedback. My ticket number is 3864498

Can anyone kindly help with this issue?

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles with your account.

If you were locked out immediately after making a purchase, then it was automatically refunded. It can just take some time to processing back to your payment method. If you don’t see the refund amount within a week or so, contact your payment provider or follow up with your Envato support ticket.

Envato support team will reply your support ticket as quickly they can. Please give them time.

I will wait a bit more and see. hopefully they would resove this issue soon
