why my item does not appear / disappear from the dashboard after waiting for a review of the queue for 9 days. I don’t even check on hidden pages.
I was confused whether my item was rejected or not.

no e-mail, no reply, no feedback. suddenly the reviewer team just removed my item.

This is the same problem with previous submissions.

hopefully someone can answer.

Please go to your envato market Dashboard then Settings => email Settings
and check ‘Item review notifications’ is checked or not. If checked then you should to receive email and sometimes it can go to spam.
Otherwise please Contact Author Support and let them know. Support Team will be happy to assist you.
