Envato support is really going worse day by day :frowning:

Envato should bring Live Chat Support to improve support system :slight_smile:

It can help all the envato users to get support from the Envato staffs within some hours instead of waiting many days.

I hope this matter will be take seriously by respected Envato staffs.

Envato support staff’s took many days to reply support mail which decrease the reputation of envato nowadays.
