I received an email yesterday informing me that an update was available for my Let’s Blog theme. When I click on the download update it takes me to the Envato home page and not the page with my theme update. Is there anyone out there that can correct this error. Also, when I go to ThemeForest where I purchased the theme and try to get to support from there all it does is reload that same page. So, I seem to be stuck when it comes to trying to update or get support from the dev.

It’s possible that you are not logged into the site, and that’s why it’s taking you to the home page. Once you’re logged in, you can use this link to access all your purchases - http://themeforest.net/downloads
