Dear Envato
our website was developed by a 3rd party (hired IT company) and they used Envato codes/elements. the license for these codes has expired and a large banner appeared on our website asking for renewal. this effectively deactivated our company website.
we want to renew the licenses on Envato so that our website can function again. However, we do not have access to the original Envato account that was used to buy the license in the first place, because the license was originally purchased by the 3rd party IT company, and we do not have contact with them anymore.
how do we renew our licenses in this situation?
