envato is locking me out every time why?

Hi,
It’s been almost a week now that I am trying to create and account and join envato to buy a theme but every time that I try to buy a theme, they are locking me out and telling me that they won’t be re-enabling my account…
why is this happening? and how can I finally buy my theme?

I opened a ticket several times and when they saw my message they said
after further investigation we won’t re-enable your account…
what to do now?

only envato support can help about account related issue. have you made any dispute with your payment provider? you can get in touch with support if they can help you.
