I’m a seller on Envato Elements and sometimes I need to download some items from Envato Elements. Is this possible to purchase the Envato Elements Subscription from my Envato Elements earning balance?

I don’t think it’s possible. You can transfer the payments to PayPal and purchase subscription after if they accept PayPal subscriptions
