How am i supposed to review and select material when the server is lagging horribly? Sometimes it is ok but more and more frequently I am unable to review video content and music for my projects. I do not believe the subscription price is worth the time I spend waiting for the server to load. I am very disappointed in the service.
Before anyone suggests it could be my ISP or my own connection that is the problem, I have unequivocally proven it is not.
EDIT: I am only posting here because Envato offers no other means of communicating my frustration with their system…again, I do not believe this is worth the price.
I have personally never had an issue with loading times, but you can in fact contact support about your concern.
