Envato Elements PurchaseCode Problem

I’ve recently Downloaded Elf Sight Sharing and Social Plugin (2 Plugins) but after installation it asks for Purchase Code for Plugin, But as per the Envato Elements Faq They will not provide Purchase Code.
how to solve it

Hi,

Envato Elements don’t provide any purchase code. You don’t need any purchase codes to use Element’s items. You can just ignore any requests to enter one. please just ignore entering the purchase code and it will work fine for you.

Elements item don’t required purchase code. Elements is a subscribe base service Elements don’t sale Item instead provide unlimited Item download facility. Just You need to be registered the Item when completing the project.

Solve my problem.Plugin worked for 1 day and then it stopped working

you can search the plugin or plugin author in codecanyon then you can get in touch with them through plugin comments or author profile page ride side contact form and let them know. may be author will help you. Thanks
