Is EnvatoElement and video hive 2 different company? I get complexly lost with the difference. can some one help me out?

Yes. They are different platforms:
VideoHive - you pay one time for one item
Envato Elements - a subscription based platform where you get unlimited downloads for a monthly or yearly subscription.
Please note that there may be some items from VideHive available on Envato Elements, but NOT all of them.
There are also some differences when it comes to licenses:

Yes both are different some of video from VideoHive and uploaded at Envato Eleements
