Envato buyer fee changed ?

I seen a change for WordPress themes , buyer fee is $12 and when you sell a product $44 you will earn 28 but before 10 days you earn $31

So any mistake ?

I don’t get it … How I’m getting 10.63$ out of 29$ item ! … The buyer doesn’t live in the US .
