Yeah, I do not think this is a difficult bug that will take a long time for technical team to fix. But it should have another reason behindā¦

Hi all. Sorry for the late reply.
All the Author sales milestones are still being calculated, but the job that updates Author Level badges has been paused while the Market team troubleshoots some database performance issues. All your sales are still being counted, and weāre still paying the Elite Reward bonuses for each milestone.
There are a few similar issues affecting Envato Market at the moment, and any jobs that are consuming more resources than they should are being paused and updated to run more efficiently. Some parts of the Market codebase are now quite old, and were designed for a very different world with fewer Authors and far fewer items: for example, we now have at least one Author with over 1 million items in their portfolio.
The Market engineering team is working through a series of database performance improvements, aiming to get all the paused jobs back online once each has been updated.
Is it the account you have created for AI ?
If itās design or audio resources, I wouldnāt doubt that a skilled developer could create an auto-phonefarme system integrated with MidJourney or SunoAIāitās entirely feasible :))))).
They could either block it from the start, choose to moderate, or accept the expansion of resources and then deal with the cleanup, which could be quite exhausting.
The biggest account that Iām aware of is BlackBoxGuild, who sell stock footage - we currently sell 1.1M of their items, but I know that their full catalogue is significantly bigger than that.
There are some very large Photo accounts as well, but I think that Blackbox is the biggest one so far.

Thanks for the update. Is there any ETA to resolve that issue? Actually, we have worked hard to achieve this milestone to upload more item and contribute more to the marketplace. But, suddenly we know about the issue and we are not able to upload more itemā¦

It seems they are not doing good at the marketplace but I could say they are pretty doing good at Elements with a million+ item.

Itās funny how they started rejecting my AE projects, produced with a stock-footage approach, just because they were too similar⦠then I look at this profile and in the first page there are over 20 videos of polar bears.Where are the snitches complaining about similar items littering EE now?
Oh no, itās a common occurrence. They told us music authors they were working a way to credit music in video templates on Elements. Theyāve supposedly be working on it for over five years now.
How is it possible/desirable/fair/not suspicious?

They have 2m+ items at SS. Pretty sure the number will go up soon.
If you google the username, Bond5/SS comes first. Itās not a āpersonalā account as itās another marketplace, probably has some deals with SS/Envato
@awaiken @theme_land Iāll definitely update you on the badges as soon as I have more information. The Market team has finished updating a few other systems this week, but I donāt have an ETA from them on the badges yet.
For those asking about BlackBox, most of our biggest Photo and Video accounts tend to be larger agencies and similar businesses. Sales for both of those item types have come almost entirely from Elements for several years now: while most content types still rely on Marketās upload and item management tools, the focus for all of those authors has been primarily on Elements.
We have been gradually separating the content management tools (item upload, review, publishing) from the shopfronts (Market and Elements), so that these systems can be updated independently. Currently, Marketās all-in-one approach means that system is very complex and difficult to maintain.
