The “After Tax” report shows 1 day shorter data than “Before Tax” report.

Maybe i’ts been already asked but…what about adding a Lifetime Commission and Commission Avg timeframe for items earnings?

Hello @Jimmy_J , I like how now I can see the content bonus eligible section in the insight report, I really love the new insight report, it’s really organized and easy to read, but the most important thing in the content bonus eligible is to know the end date of the eligibility like the old beta dashboard page. Thanks

I don’t know what’s really going on, The data in the new dashboard is out of sync with the old dashboard.
Please check your dashboard on Earning Report and Insight Reports

in fact, not only is it almost 2 days behind, but the data from “Top Earning Items - Envato Elements” for the last 7 days is not synchronized with the data on the Dashboard page … all this introduces confusion and does not allow us to assess the real situation … why not import data from old pages onto a new one …

Is there a delay in the Dashboard it seems to be stuck the last 3 days unless i just don’t have any sales?
usually, at the beginning of the month, this page starts showing earnings data - around the 10th of each month

Time Frame : example 1 January - 30 February
We’re exploring how we can deliver this for you without impacting the performance. We had this data/calendar selector feature to roll out, but had to roll it back as the amount of data it was loading was causing loading problems. We’re working to refactor this so that we can overcome the load issues and give you more control over the way you can control dates.
The above is true for this total calculation also, with regards to heavy data, which we are working to overcome.
Also, we need to change this date

The two systems are updated on a different cadence (see post below). We are working towards consolidating these dashboards and reports to stop confusion, and also make it a better experience for you.
- The new dashboard is updated once per day, whereas the existing Elements Contributors App is updated throughout the day. This means that at certain times throughout the day, earnings figures may be out of sync. As noted above, our intention is to have one place to see this information - as soon as this happens, this will no longer be an issue.

Yes, The same request here, Please @Jimmy_J, Can You add “all-time” filter in the “Time Frame” field in the Item Performance / Top Earning Items - Envato Elements because " Past 365 Days " is not enought in my analysis system in a case of replacing " Earnings Report " Page with " Insights Reports " Page in the future by you of course … Is that Possible ?

I need a calendar for a filter not a time frame (pas 7 days, 30 days, etc.) it’s not enough to make a clear for earning reports per file.

This new Dashboard boring me everytime I visit it. Feels like a newbe has been worked on it and practicing random tasks.

Why this entire row is clickable with item link?, when only item column should be clickable and linked.
It’s been long time since Envato Staff working on this Dashbard and this is what we get. Strange.
Here most of us working with Templates/Web Designs/Applications. So please please STOP doing baby-type works. It is not test-environment, we need real/solid and user-friendly Dashboard.

Yeah, and where is earning by item per month? Who want to see item performance for the latest 7 days? 30 days? 90 days? We’ve got payment every month so we need to know item performance every month, just like the old dahsboard.
