Envado Elements Videos cannot be edited!!!

I subscribed to Envato Elements 15 days ago, and have recently downloaded several videos to use in a project. However, when I attempt to open these assets in my video editor - it generates an error msg stating that these are ‘protected’ files (and YES - I did enter a name for the project before downloading). I have to say that I am completely unimpressed - because this B.S. is holding me up. I am beginning to wish that I subscribed to a different service.

Never heard of that before… what video editor are you using? If its Cyberlink then this might help:

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I use Cyberlink, Premiere and Nuendo. I tried using a video converter to convert to .mp4 format but the software returned a similar message: "Cannot do convert, Error… Permission denied.
