English food blog template - can I use it in another language e.g. arabic?

Hello,

I am really interested in this food blog template: TinySalt - Personal Food Blog WordPress Theme Preview - ThemeForest (called tiny salt). But I would like to write it in Arabic. Is that possible? I have no coding or UX experience.
