Enfold Theme wont update Download Failed

Hello
I updated my token again after trying to update to latest Enfold theme version. I still get the message that the download failed : Forbidden.

is there something else I need to do ??

The best way to get the support is Contact your purchased Theme Author. Contact Author and let them know.
