I bought a new license support for Enfold - Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme last wednesday, I contacted them same day, but no one has responded me yet. I have paid for support, when Will I get it.
The theme is good, but Kriesi is fatal.
Who can help???

The free support is provided by the author. You need to wait their respond.

Thanks, but they do not give free support, I must pay first.

If you bought the theme last week, you should’ve gotten the free 6 months support.
If there’s a problem with the Envato system, just send the purchase details ( PDF ) from ThemeForest > Download section to the author then tell them you have just bought the item.

You can also access the purchase details from your “statement” page if you can’t find the purchase code

I bought six more months of support. To get access to them, I must give them the ID number of the bill from ThemeForest.
