Enfold front page not showing

I uploaded Enfold, then later Enfold Child, then transferred the later to Enfold Child. I’m trying to change the Blog on the front page to front page static, however, the front page is not available as an option. Is this because mine is set to private. I’m a newbie and if this is so, I can’t seem to get back to change it go public.
