Hi I purchased a mobile app. The developer has encrypted part of the source code and because of this I cannot extend the mobile application. I have reached out to them to include the source but they refuse to. Are they violating any codecanyon terms?
If they do encrypt it then they would need to provide a non-encrypted version too. If the author ignores you then reach out to support Envato Market Help and Support
