I have to find a new theme with a checkout page that isn’t going to confuse customers. (which apparently the current one does)
When previewing themes, I add something to the basket and it clears automatically. Meaning I can’t actually look at the single piece of functionality that will determine whether I purchase a theme or not.
Incredibly frustrating.
So can anyone recommend a WooCommerce theme they are using on their site that helps decrease abandoned carts?
Yes, but the problem is that when you look for a theme you generally browse about 20 - 30. But automatically i’m dismissing over half of those because I am unable to view core functionality… it’s just an observation.
