Embeding plugins in theme

Hello

I’d like to use in my theme: Redux Framework, Advanced Custom Fields and WP-Less. Should i include these plugins as part of theme’s code, use TGM Plugin Activation to inform users that they have to install these plugins?
Maybe use both? Include these plugins as part of theme code and add users the opprtunity to install plugins form wordpress.org repository to have always recent version?

I think that Redux Framework You can include ( but I never use any Frameworks because I do not like any overlays on the foundation ), because adding theme You have options to choose with Framework do You use, but other Plugins You can add by TGM Plugin Activation to inform users that they have to install these plugins
