Elementy Theme - Blog Title Not Changing

Hi,
I had bought Elementy - Multipurpose One & Multi Page WordPress Theme. Now I am trying to change the title of my site but I am not finding option to edit the Blog Title anywhere. Changed in the settings of the site, tried in the header.php file but not finding the title there, in theme customise button there is no option to change the site title. Kindly help
