Elements Token - Page keeps refreshing

Hi guys,

I am using Envato elements plugin. I select ‘follow this link’ to get access token and ‘continue with google’ only for the page to refresh and no token provided.

I’ve tried using private browser and I am on a paid subscription. What can I do?
