Elements Subscription Cancellation - "cancel my subscription" button is not working

I have been trying to cancel my trial subscription for over 24 hours but the button to cancel will not allow me to do it. I have sent messages by sending a support ticket but have not received a reply.

envato elements support reply time around 7 days. keep patience hope they will reply to you soon as soon as possbile

But I have received a notice saying my subscription will renew tomorrow. I do not wish to be charged as I am attempting to cancel

please don’t download anything from your subscription account and wait for the support team reply they will assist you on this. Just make sure you have submitted support ticket before your subscription renew. Thanks

I will be notifying my bank to NOT pay if a charge tries to apply. Not being able to reach support about my account in a timely manner is unacceptable

Hi @imandirants. I’ve just checked with our support team, and it looks like the issue causing this was resolved earlier today. Please try and navigate to the ‘cancel my subscription’ page on Elements, and try again.

If you are still unable to cancel your subscription, please use your existing support ticket to report this - we’re not aware of any other issues with the subscription platform at the moment.

For any others reading this thread, if you are affected by a similar issue please open a Support Ticket via Envato Elements Help and Support and the team will be able to help you out.
