Hi - Envato Elements has been buggy for at least a week now and at this point I can’t download anything. What’s going on? Is this being fixed?

Hi @CivilMatador! Envato’s hosting vendor (Amazon) is experiencing major widespread outages at the moment and service might be spotty.
You can track the status here – https://status.envato.com/ (while this currently shows a “Marketplace API” outage, it is fundamentally the same underlying issue)

Same here. Unable to download anything currently.
The incident has cleared. If you’re still having trouble downloading files, please:
- Check status.envato.com for known outages
- Check the latest threads to see if others are reporting a problem
- Open a new thread or contact support
