Elements - Pr Video Display Projects are AE not Pr

I have noticed that numerous Video Opener project files that are advertised to be for use with Pr when downloaded are AE project files on Elements.

Is this an error? Is there a way to contact Envato support anymore or is that just nonexistent now?
