Elements Kits not uploading with full styles

I’ve been using Elements for Elementor for some time and recently purchased the pro version of Elements. On my brand new site, when I insert imported kits/templates, all styling is removed and reset to default. Fonts, colors, borders, etc. I’m unable to change this. I’ve regenerated CSS, cleared cache for elementor, cleared cache for elements. Nothing is working…

I’ve pictured the Fashionable kit, but I’m having this issue for any template across all kits. I’ve also tried on multiple sites.

Am I missing something? Thanks.

Could be compatibility issue ( Elementor )
Make sure you’re using the same/supported version of the plugin

Hello,

  1. Ensure Elementor and Elementor Pro are at the latest version in your Plugins page. Elementor Pro, ElementsKit and Envato Elements should not be confused (Pro is the page builder, ElementsKit is an independent 3rd party addon for Elementor, Envato Elements is the subscription platform for downloading digital assets.
  2. In Elements > Installed Kits, click on Fashionable and click Import on the Global Kit Styles. Once templates are imported successfully to your library, the Envato Elements plugin is no longer interacting with your site or the builder and can be deactivated to test. You can check templates in Templates > Saved Templates
  3. If you upgraded to ElementsKit Premium, please deactivate it and roll back to the standard ElementsKit Lite plugin and contact the WPMet group for support of their addon: https://help.wpmet.com/
