Hi guys! Could anyone from Envato clarify why earnings data did not updated today and stuck on May 22 data instead of May 23 as expected? @BenLeong or @KingDog - any update please? Thanks in advance. It was promised that longer stats data window could prevent us from such delays, but it seems it’s not.

Hi all! It looks like the daily earnings calculations are running a little slower than expected, and haven’t been completed within the 7-day buffer that we introduced back in March.
This is the first dashboard earnings delay since we moved to the longer reporting delay on March 1st, which has been a significant improvement on the previous version - we used to see these issues almost every month. It’s not uncommon for those calculations to be delayed slightly, but almost all delays have caught up before that system updates the Author Dashboard with new earnings data.
I’m checking with our Author engineering team in case there are any other issues here, and will update this thread when I have more information. In the meantime, I’d expect this to be resolved once that batch of earnings data (for May 23) has completed processing.
