Even when the main Elements dashboard amounts are $0, if you go the the Item Performance chart, you can see your monthly Elements total at least.

Hi all. I’ve raised this with our Author team, as it appears to be related to the Author Dashboard issues seen earlier in the week.
Once I have more information from them, I will post in this thread.
The display of earnings and item performance reports on the Author Dashboard is separate to the calculation of those earnings, and your items will be continuing to accrue earnings while the dashboard issue is resolved. Once it’s up and running again, you will be able to see daily earnings as normal.

Same here — $0 earnings since May 1st-9st. I usually make around $1,000/month, and by now I’d already mast be have $250–300.
Dashboard is loading fine now, but the earnings are still at zero — this doesn’t feel like just a display bug anymore.
This situation reminds me of what happened on another platform in the past:
First there were bugs and silence, then a sudden change in the payout model that cut author income by 2–3x.
I stopped uploading there after that — and if this ends up being the same kind of shift, I’ll probably leave stock platforms altogether and switch on to freelance.

This morning the earnings report appeared normal, with the first day’s earnings shown, but within an hour, it returned to the wrong state.

Hi all. We’re still investigating this one:
- The fault appears to be intermittent, and has reappeared several times over the last few days
- Not all dashboards are affected
- Testing is underway to isolate the cause
All the earnings and payout systems are still working as normal. This issue appears to only affect the display of some author data on the dashboards at author.envato.com/reports.
I’ll update this thread when we have more information.

Today’s data update appears to have loaded for all Author dashboards - I’ve just done some spot checks, and I can see Elements earnings up to May 2nd and all the historical earnings data on the graphs.
Our engineers are going to monitor this one for another 24hrs to make sure the issue doesn’t reappear in tomorrow’s update, but it looks like the underlying cause should now be fixed.

However, Item Performance still shows the data for April, and normally it should only show the data for the first two days of May.
