Edit woocommerce text colour

I am trying to find out how to edit the colour of certain text on my checkout page. The background is black and certain text is grey/black.
For instance.
Shipping names and costs are in grey/black.
Payment option names.
Sentance about signing up to emails.
Sentance offering alternative shipping address.
Terms and conditions acceptance.

It is on this page, everywhere else seems fine, please note it is an adult content website. The person who built the website for me is unable to help.

Depending on the theme you’re using, you might have color options in the live customizer (go to Appearance > Customize and see if there is a WooCommerce tab).

Otherwise you’ll need to use custom CSS to target and change the colors for elements on your checkout page. You can do this manually, or you can use a front-end css editor like Yellow Pencil or CSSHero - with one of these installed you can point, click and edit the colors.
