This may seem like a silly question but I have just purchased a logo from you and I thought I was going to be able to edit it (text and colour) from your website, however it seems as though I need some sort of program? What program is it that I need? I can’t seem to find any information on this, and have resorted to post on the forums since there seems to be no contactable email I can find on your website.

Envato is only a market place which sells items. Editing an item do require third party software. There are free options out there. If it’s a vector logo you could use Inkscape. If it’s a Photoshop or similar document you could use Gimp.
If there’s an issue with the item you normally contact the author of the item. There’s a contact field to the right on each author page.

Ah ok. It’s an animated logo you meant. This file requires Adobe After Effects. As stated in the description.
Yeah that’s fine, I recognised my error shortly after sending the email through anyway.
