If it is HTML template then you can edit t manually by editing the html file(s).

from your topics look like it is a WordPress theme then you should get this in theme options, if not there check Appearance => widgets and edit from there.

Thanks for the reply ; Appearance => widgets did no work either, i tried the real time and replace plugin no positive result as well.
