eCommerce theme with an option to add commissions for sales team

I have a client that distributes paper and packaging products and they asked me If I could put together a website for them.

I could use any premo commerce theme, but between that and woo commerce, I have not found a solution that has a commission system for employees/sales.

Any advice would be appreciated.
