eclass lms is not being installed.

Hello there,
I have purchased eClass - lms (https://codecanyon.net/item/eclass-learning-management-system/25613271).

While I am installing this, it shows 500 Server error. On the installation process, I filled the form(Envato Purchase details). It asks me to enter Envato User Name and Purchase Code. I am entering the values.
